The Lakeside Holiday Camp, North Somercoates, Louth is a mixture of static holiday homes and touring caravans. It already had a golf course, swimming pool, play areas and sport facilities.

The school had an area of tarmac with grass alongside. They needed physical play equipment, a shelter that could be used as an outdoor classroom, an area for planting and a track for wheeled toys.

The nursery wanted a large shelter that could be enclosed and made secure for storage. This was done by providing a steel structured shelter with polycarbonate roof and steel roller shutters.

A childrens centre was being built at Old Clee primary School. Newby Leisure were subcontracted by the building company to carry out the work in the outdoor play area.

Newby Leisure were invited by Proludic to install play and exercise equipment in a community play space.

The play area was just tarmac surrounded by buildings and a high fence. A TLF Jimmi play unit was installed with red wet pour safety surface. A track was formed on the tarmac with thermoplastic line markings.

As part of a major redevelopment the infant and junior schools were combined in a new building which also incorporated a children's centre. There was a large inner quad that would be used by all age groups.

The ground in the school play area had been found to be contaminated. Newby Leisure were given the task of removing the existing play equipment so that the soil could be excavated.
