The play area was just tarmac surrounded by buildings and a high fence. A TLF Jimmi play unit was installed with red wet pour safety surface. A track was formed on the tarmac with thermoplastic line markings.
The track included a bridge and a tunnel, and the wet pour was designed to incorporate an area of blue under the bridge. Play panels and illusion mirrors were fixed to the fence and a Nash style shelter was erected at the building so that the children can access the play area whatever the weather. A play barn was built to provide storage and possibilities for role play.
